What level of support is available during an employee’s stay?

Allihoop provides structured and accessible support throughout an employee’s stay. Direct phone support is available on weekdays between 09:00 and 18:00 for general questions or practical matters. Outside these hours, a dedicated emergency phone number ensures that urgent issues can be addressed at any time. This setup is designed to provide reassurance and rapid assistance if something unexpected occurs.

For everyday matters, residents can report issues directly through the Allihoop App, which allows the team to track and resolve cases efficiently. Average resolution times are typically only a few working days, depending on the nature of the request. For questions related to bookings, contracts, or financial matters, email support is also available, ensuring that both employees and company representatives have clear and reliable communication channels throughout the entirety of the stay.
