Allihoop got its start in 2020, centered on a rather ambitious core question; How can you create a socially active and engaging community of young talents through housing? The first tentative step was opening ten studio apartments in Midsommarkransen, which quickly filled up, and gave us a first look at how much interest there actually was in what we were trying to create. Once the waitlist hit the hundreds, it was clear that we’d stumbled onto something big.
Today, Allihoop operates more than 500 studios across six sites around Stockholm. After the initial pilot’s success in Midsommarkransen, we quickly added Bromma Friends, Spånga Stars, and Allihoop Årsta to our portfolio. In 2025, Ängby Aces and Svea Stories joined the line-up. And we don’t plan on stopping there, looking toward expanding to other parts of Sweden and, in time, bring Allihoop to other parts of the world.
