Allihoop was founded in 2020, although the idea of creating a socially connected coliving network was something we discussed long before that. The company began with just 10 studio apartments in Midsommarkransen, laying the foundation for a housing model built around private living spaces combined with structured community environments.
Since then, Allihoop has expanded steadily across Stockholm. New communities such as Bromma Friends, Spånga Stars, and Allihoop Årsta were added in the early years, followed by Ängby Aces and Svea Stories in 2025. With these additions, the portfolio grew to approximately 500 studio apartments across our different locations. The company continues to consider continuous improvement and expansion as our two main priorities, with the long-term ambition of developing the concept further and eventually bringing Allihoop beyond Sweden.
