Employee booking extension and cancellation

What happens if an employee has to leave earlier than planned, or needs to extend their stay?

The agreements offered by Allihoop have a default notice period of 60 days, meaning that there will be no issue with cancelling early as long as sufficient advance notice is given. If there is a considerable possibility that the stay will need to be cancelled with less than 60 days notice, the notice period can be shortened to 30 days for an additional administrative fee.

It is often possible to extend a stay by renewing the agreement to apply for a longer period by simply requesting it at booking@allihoop.se. As it is subject to availability and advance notice, it is not something we are able to guarantee, however it is rare that we are forced to reject a request to prolong a stay. Informing us as early as possible that you are planning to renew your contract is the best way to increase the likelihood that we’ll be able to extend you stay without any hassle.
