We are more than happy to accommodate multiple employees or project teams, as long as we have the apartments available to host them, and have plenty of experience of doing so. As we operate multiple locations around Stockholm, and the number of available studios may vary somewhat between different periods, we encourage you to reach out to our booking team directly. That way, we are able to provide a personalized proposal for how we can accommodate your team in the best possible way.
If you plan to reach out regarding a booking of multiple apartments, we ask that you include the following details in your initial email;
1. Number of individuals and Studios needed. If the different have different arrival/departure dates or there is a mix of couples and single individuals, please break these down clearly.
2. The specific period the studios will need to be booked, and whether the specified dates are confirmed or are subject to change at a later date. The more specific this period is, the easier it is for us to provide a detailed proposal right away.
3. If a specific community or studio type is preferred for the booking. If there are no specific preference for a location or studio type, a general budget for the accommodation budget can also help guide our suggestions.
