How do you apply to stay at Allihoop, and how long does it take?

Applying to stay at Allihoop is designed to be as straightforward as possible, and to be fully digital. In most cases, the whole process from application to confirmed booking (and in some cases, even move-in) can be done in a a few days, depending on availability and response times.

You begin by browsing the available communities and studio types to find the option that best matches your preferences. Once you’ve identified a suitable choice, you submit an application through the booking portal. The application itself takes roughly 10 minutes to complete and focuses primarily on your intended move-in date and a short introduction about yourself.

After you apply, the team reviews your request and matches it with current or upcoming studio availability. If there is a suitable option, you will receive a proposal outlining the details. Should you decide to move forward, you’ll complete a short follow-up form covering practical matters such as payment preferences or optional services.

A digital membership agreement is then sent for signing, and once the agreement is signed and the security deposit is paid, your booking is confirmed.As your move-in date approaches, you will receive detailed arrival information to help you move in and get settled in. Throughout the process, the team remains available to answer questions and assist with any specific requests, making it possible to secure housing even if you are applying from abroad.
