How do you apply to stay at Allihoop, and how long does it take?

The application process for staying at Allihoop is made to be very simple, and entirely digital, in order to make it as convenient as possible for both Swedish and international applicants looking for housing. The time between an application being received and a booking being confirmed can, in many cases, be as short as a few working days. This, of course, depends on availability and response times, but if you want a speedy and straightforward process then Allihoop is a great option for you.

The process starts with you finding the community and studio type that matches your needs. To figure out which community might suit you best, we recommend checking out the specific location pages on our site. Each location offers different benefits and a variety of studio types, so you should have a good chance to find one that matches you well. Once you’ve found a community and type of accommodation that you’d like to apply for, you only need to submit an application through our booking portal. Note that you can apply for several studio types at once, if you have several options that you are interested in. This allows us to try and find the best fit for your requested move-in date. The application mainly contains questions related to your request, as well as a short introduction of yourself. The whole process takes about 10 minutes to complete, if you take your time and answer all questions thoroughly.

Once we have received your application, our booking team will review it, before trying to match it with studios that will be available during your requested dates. You will then receive an email with a quote for one or more options that as closely as possible match your request. If you want to move forward with one of the proposed studios, we’ll ask you to complete a short follow-up form where you answer a few questions about practical details; payment preferences, optional services, etc.

After we receive those details, we will send over a membership agreement which, when signed, will act as your booking confirmation. Once you’ve signed it, which can be done digitally, and paid the security deposit for the studio, you’re done! After that, all you need to do is wait for your move-in date. A few days before your planned arrival date you will receive additional information about how you pick up your keys, access your studio, and get settled in.
