How to report maintenance issues

To ensure a fast and efficient response, all maintenance issues at Allihoop should be reported through the Allihoop App. This applies both to a private studio and to the shared spaces within the building. Submitting a request through the app allows the team to track the issue properly and prioritise it based on urgency.

In case of emergencies such as flooding, serious leaks, or damage that could cause lasting harm, each building has a dedicated phone number that you can call directly for immediate assistance. You can find more information specific to your location in the community guide shared with you as part of your move-in information.
