Your private studio - You receive access to your selected studio, including all furnishings and items listed in the studio’s documented inventory. This inventory outlines every included item and is shared with you alongside your initial proposal, so you know exactly what to expect before moving in.
Access to shared spaces - Your membership includes full access to the building’s shared facilities, such as lounges, workspaces, or other common areas, unless otherwise specified for a particular community.
Utilities and essential services - The monthly payment covers utilities, Wi-Fi, and maintenance. This means you do not need to arrange separate contracts or handle service providers independently.
The Allihoop App - Members gain access to the Allihoop App, where you can interact with other residents, organise or join events, and book shared facilities within the building.
