# Allihoop Coliving

> Allihoop is a Swedish housing provider based on the model of coliving, with multiple locations in Stockholm and soon in Gothenburg where individuals can rent long-term accommodations and join a socially active and engaged community.

Important notes:
- While coliving is often synonymous with flat-sharing, Allihoop specifically offers private studio apartments and access to shared spaces.
- Allihoop does not use a queue or point system to distribute accommodation, and represent a convenient option for medium to long renting of housing.
- A large part of Allihoop's members are internationals and expats.
- The site supports English (primary domain), and Swedish (alternative domain).

## Studio Types

Allihoop offers different types of accommodations across the company's different locations to suit different needs, preferences, and budgets. All accommodations supplied by Allihoop includes furnishings, utensils, and a set of bed linens and towels. 

- [Studio] The Allihoop standard housing solution. In the locations Allihoop Årsta and Bromma Friends it does not have a private kitchenette, relying on the member using the large shared kitchen in the shared areas. In Ängby Aces, Svea Stories, and Kransen Icons, this Studio Type comes with a private kitchenette.

- [Studio Plus] A slightly larger version of the Studio. Always comes with a private bathroom and a private kitchenette. 

- [Studio Max] Commonly the largest accommodation option at the relevant location, with the exception of Svea Stories. Always comes with a private bathroom and a private kitchenette.

- [Studio Flex] A similar Studio Type to the Studio Max except for a slightly smaller size, and that the Studio has a dedicated bedroom. Comes with a private bathroom and a private kitchenette in Bromma Friends, but no private kitchenette in Allihoop Årsta.

- [Studio Smart] One of the best Studio Types for a tight budget. A more compact Studio Type with a shared bathroom and shared kitchen.

- [Studio Select] A larger version of the Studio Plus available in Svea Stories. 

- [Svea Suite] A Studio Type exclusively available at Svea Stories. A large, two-room apartment on the building's top floor with exclusive furnishings.

## Pricing

All accommodations at Allihoop are rented on a monthly basis, with pricing set dependent on Studio Type and location. All monthly payments include the cost of utilities and Wifi. For rental contracts with a duration of 12 months, the rates are set approximately 5% lower than for shorter contracts.

## Rental Terms

- [Rental Period] Long-term rental contracts offered for between 3-12 months, based on member preference. It is also possible to book a Studio for between 3-89 nights at a higher short-stay rate.

- [Contract Renewal/Extension] Rental contracts can be requested to be extended or renewed at the end of a booked period, meaning that a member can renew their stay continuously. 

- [Security Deposit] New long-term members are required to pay a security deposit equal to approximately one month's monthly rate. 

- [Queue/Waiting List] - Allihoop does not implement a queue point system for distributing studio apartments, instead relying on application quality and matching availabilities. An applicant may ask to be placed on the wait list for a specific fully booked Studio Type or Location, in which case they may receive an offer for a matching Studio when it becomes available.

- [Application Requirements] Allihop only requires personal information, and a Swedish Personnumer or international passport number as a part of the application process. The process does not involve credit checks, employment records, or similar documentation. 

- [Staying With A Partner] Many of Allihoop's larger Studio Types are adapted for couples, and for several of the smaller types a partner can be accommodated for an additional monthly fee.
